Welcome to aroma-labs.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by Aroma Lab FZCO (“Aroma Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site and placing orders, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the Site.

1. Definitions

  • “Customer,” “you,” or “your” means any individual or entity using the Site or purchasing products.

  • “Products” refers to any samples, fragrances, kits, or related goods offered for sale on the Site.

  • “Order” means your request to purchase Products via the Site.

  • “Services” includes any fragrance development, sampling, analysis, or other offerings described on the Site.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an Order.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering an account or placing an Order, and to keep your account credentials secure.

  • Aroma Lab reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or breach these Terms.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • All Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Upon placing an Order, you will receive an order confirmation email; this does not constitute acceptance.

  • Acceptance occurs when we ship the Products or confirm availability of the Service.

  • Aroma Lab may refuse or cancel any Order for any reason, including pricing errors or inability to supply.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices displayed on the Site are in the currency indicated and exclude taxes, duties, and shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

  • Aroma Lab reserves the right to modify prices at any time; changes will not affect Orders already accepted.

  • Payment must be made via the methods offered on the Site (e.g., credit card, PayPal, other gateways). All payment information is processed securely through our PCI-compliant providers.

  • You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship globally from our Dubai, UAE headquarters.

  • Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are provided at checkout and may vary by destination.

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Sample Kits & Fragrance Products: Due to the hygienic nature of scents, all sales are final, with the exception of damaged or defective items.

  • Damaged/Defective Claims: Contact our support team within 7 days of receipt with photos and order details. Approved returns will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

  • Custom Services & Bulk Orders: Non-cancelable once formulation or production has commenced. Refunds for prepaid services may be issued only if we cannot fulfill the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software—is the property of Aroma Lab or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international copyright, trademark, and other IP laws.

  • You may view and print content for your personal, noncommercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  1. Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

  2. Infringe the rights of Aroma Lab or third parties (including IP or privacy rights).

  3. Transmit harmful code, viruses, or any content that may disrupt the Site.

  4. Harvest or collect personal data about other users without consent.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Disclaimer of Warranties: The Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Aroma Lab disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aroma Lab’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the Product or Service at issue. In no event will Aroma Lab be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aroma Lab and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

  • Any dispute will be exclusively submitted to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. The “Last updated” date at the top will indicate when changes take effect. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
